Key Responsibilities:
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with current and prospective donors in Israel and globally.
• Outreach: Identify and engage with new communities, foundations, and potential strategic partners.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials for donors and draft high-quality grant proposals.
• Donor Relations: Support the organization of donor visits (both in Israel and abroad) and manage recognition activities.
• Operations & CRM: Track donations, commitments, and reports using CRM systems to ensure organized data management.
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of detailed stewardship reports for our partners.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
• Languages: Native-level fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
• Experience: Significant experience in the world of philanthropy and working with international donors.
• Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in working with information systems/CRM.
• Personal Attributes: Highly organized, responsible, and a true “people person” with excellent interpersonal skills.
