A leading social-impact organization is seeking a Full-Time Resource Development Manager in the Jerusalem area.

Job Description:

Developing and leading diverse fundraising strategies
Building relationships with donors, foundations, and philanthropic partners
Writing compelling grant applications and funding proposals
Planning and executing fundraising events and campaigns
Managing a donor database and maintaining ongoing donor relationships
Preparing fundraising materials, newsletters, and impact reports

Requirements

Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Management, Resource Development, Business Administration, or similar)
Proven experience in fundraising for social organizations, including grant writing and event planning (3-5 Years)
Excellent Hebrew and English proficiency
Strong marketing writing skills and outstanding interpersonal communication
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to work flexible hours
