Resilience Programs Coordinator

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Planning, managing, and implementing targeted mental well-being and support programs for Miluimnikim Olim, and their partners.
  • Developing tailored events and programs addressing the unique mental health challenges faced by Olim miluim soldiers and their partners.
  • Optimally utilizing local resources and community stakeholders to deliver programs within diverse communities.
  • Ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of program outcomes and overall effectiveness.
  • Measure program progress and prepare high-quality reports that reflect the Center’s scope, performance, and value to funders and stakeholders.
  • Effectively navigating the Israeli mental health landscape, an advantage

 

Job Requirements:

  • Native-level English and Hebrew-  written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in a relevant field (psychology, public health, social work) is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in managing social or therapeutic programs, preferably with Olim populations.
  • Strong organizational and logistics skills, ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Willingness to work some evenings, Fridays and some Shabbatonim.
