Overview

TAL Aviation, representative of international airlines in Israel and worldwide, is looking for aReservation & Ticketing Agent to join our team at our offices in Ramat Gan.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing individual and group passenger reservations and ticketing.
• Providing professional service and support to travel agents and company clients via phone and email.
• Pricing and issuing group and individual tickets, checking fares and conditions, and sending quotes.
• Monitoring payment deadlines, issuing invoices, and preparing monthly sales reports for airlines.
• Working in accordance with procedures and implementing them with agents and clients.
• Maintaining regular communication with different departments at the airlines’ headquarters abroad.

Requirements:

• Experience as a reservation/ticketing agent or in customer service within the aviation or travel industry.
• Proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre / Amadeus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good command of Hebrew and English – written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and high service orientation.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
