We’re currently hiring an ABA Recruiter to support one of our clients in the ABA space. The role centers on interviewing, assessing, and moving candidates through the process.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to evaluate candidates thoughtfully and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

Conducting interviews with ABA candidates

Assessing candidate fit based on experience, communication style, and professionalism

Clearly presenting opportunities and next steps to candidates

Tracking candidate progress and interview outcomes in client systems

Communicating closely with the client team to ensure alignment

 

What we’re looking for:

Strong understanding of ABA (background, exposure, or related experience required)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

High emotional intelligence and professional presence

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume interview environment

Comfort working with tracking systems and data

Nice to have:

Experience in ABA recruitment or nursing home recruitment

Familiarity with systems such as Apploi and/or Rippling

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the ABA field, and thrives in a structured, high-touch interview environment.

US hours overlap required: 2:00–10:00 PM or 3:00–11:00 PM (Israel time)
