Responsibilities:

  • Source and add relevant properties from online platforms to a CRM based on specific criteria.
  • Input standardized details for each property added to the CRM.
  • Arrange property visits to validate the information.
  • Thoroughly document property visits, including taking photos and videos, and writing property descriptions.
  • ⁠Create basic marketing materials using templates.
  • Coordinate with agents and manage property status updates.

Qualifications:

  • ⁠Strong organizational skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in Hebrew.
  • ⁠Fluent in English.
