Job Description: 

We’re seeking a hands-on, business-savvy Project Manager with proven experience in the
nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, functional ingredients, or biotech industries. You’ll drive
multiple concurrent projects across patents, regulation, marketing, and industry positioning while
establishing Exosomm as a thought leader in bioactive ingredient innovation. This role is perfect for a selfstarter with a “can-do” attitude who understands the complexities of bringing novel ingredients to market
and thrives working independently to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
• Multi-Project Leadership: Initiate and manage diverse project portfolios from concept to
completion, coordinating cross-functional teams without constant oversight
• Patents & Regulatory: Coordinate patent applications and regulatory submissions for novel
bioactive ingredients, managing documentation, timelines, and communications with external
counsel
• Marketing Operations: Oversee development of scientific and commercial marketing materials,
presentations, and brand collateral that effectively communicate complex bioactive science to
B2B partners and industry stakeholders
• Market Intelligence: Research and identify relevant global conferences, trade shows, and
industry expos (SupplySide West, Vitafoods, IFT, ingredient innovation summits); evaluate
participation opportunities and coordinate logistics
• Industry Recognition: Proactively monitor and manage applications for industry awards,
innovation contests, grants, and accelerator programs to position Exosomm as a leader in
bioactive nutrition and cellular wellness

Requirements: 

• Industry Experience: 5-7 years managing multiple projects in nutraceuticals, dietary
supplements, functional ingredients, food science, biotech, or related industries
• Professional Level: Mid-senior experience in project management, business operations, or
Marketing in global business settings
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Language: 100% English fluency (written and spoken) – non-negotiable
• Skills: Exceptional multitasking, strong research and analytical abilities, business acumen across
finance/marketing/operations
• Work Style: Highly independent, self-driven, results-oriented, with proven ability to work with
minimal supervision in hybrid environments
