Job Description: 

We are an international company based in Ramat Beit Shemesh that produces high-level business conferences for Financial and Technology Services executives from around the world. We are looking for a tech-savvy, organized, and adaptable Project Associate to help keep our events and projects running smoothly. You’ll work closely with different teams, support client communications, and help with planning, design, and logistics.

What You’ll Do:
• Help manage projects from start to finish and keep everyone on track.
• Create and update simple graphics and materials (using tools like Figma or Adobe XD)
• Assist with tech tasks like setting up tools or fixing small issues.
• Support virtual and in-person events — logistics, setup, and live help.
• Keep files, processes, and documentation organized.

What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and doing light design work.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities.
• Experience helping with projects, events, or operations.
• A “people person” personality able to communicate effectively and pleasantly with multiple client requests before and during corporate events.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a problem-solver.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Job Requirements: 

• Excellent English business-writing skills (Hebrew not required)
• Strategic thinker
• MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, and email delivery platforms
• Tech Savvy
• Proficiency in integrating CRM and Office tools usage to produce reports and project planning.
