Job Description:
GHI is seeking a highly organized, bilingual (English/Hebrew) professional to lead and manage all aspects of our programming. This role oversees the full lifecycle of our professional development courses, public awareness events, and supports our annual conference. Events are mostly virtual with some in-person.
This is a part-time position (10–15 hours/week) with flexibility during standard business hours, and required availability during evening events. There is room for growth and increased hours over time.
Responsibilities include:
* Program coordination and management, including collaborating with the presenters, managing registration process, managing operations of the event/course, and issuing certificates of completion.
* Oversee Zoom-based programming and virtual event execution
* Coordinate speakers, schedules, and communications
* Monitor program timelines and ensure smooth implementation
* Assist with planning and production of GHI’s annual conference / Coordinate logistics, vendors, speakers, and participant experience
* Maintain high standards of professionalism in all correspondence
Job Requirements:
* Fully bilingual in English and Hebrew (written and spoken)
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Tech-savvy; comfortable managing Zoom webinars and digital platforms
* High level of professionalism
* Team-oriented with leadership capacity and initiative
* Available to work evening hours when events are scheduled
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in event planning, program coordination, or similar roles
* Familiar with the mental health field
* Ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve proactively
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a small team
