Key Responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating complex interfaces in Israel and abroad, including engagements, contracts, and working with vendors.
Ongoing logistical and operational management of personal and family affairs (property management, event coordination, and out-of-office tasks).
Executing a variety of administrative tasks in both professional and personal domains.
Responding to changing needs, solving problems in real-time, and managing tasks with complete independence.
Job Requirements:
Academic degree.
3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role as a Personal Assistant to senior executives (experience in global companies preferred).
Very high level of English (completely fluent in both verbal and written communication).
High-level Hebrew proficiency, including fluent speaking skills – Mandatory.
Absolute discretion, professional maturity, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment, including availability for evening responses (as needed).
Location: Central Tel Aviv.
