Overview

Pack for Israel is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant + Customer Support Specialist.

Starts immediately through September 10th. 

Main Responsibilities
Customer Support: Communication with English-speaking customers on multiple channels (email, chat), assisting them and resolving their issues
Logistics & coordination: Ongoing communication with partner schools in Israel and coordinating logistics and deliveries with our Hebrew-speaking warehouse staff
Administration: Website management including order processing & data entry

The position is 5-10 hours a week and requires availability both during the morning hours and in the evening (5-10pm). Work begins immediately through September 10. Position may expand to include more hours and responsibilities and to continue after the initial period.

Qualifications: 

Native-level English + Working-level written & spoken Hebrew
Excellent interpersonal skills
Detail oriented & organized
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Trustworthy
Computer savvy with internet access
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify is a plus.
