**About the Role:**
In response to the recent crisis and ongoing recovery efforts in Israel, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate online teachers to support students through virtual learning. This role is an opportunity to provide educational continuity, structure, and emotional support to students during a critical time.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver live, engaging online lessons aligned with curriculum standards
* Create a supportive and inclusive virtual classroom environment
* Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse academic and emotional needs
* Provide individualized support to students experiencing disruption in learning
* Use digital tools and platforms effectively to enhance learning
* Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback
* Collaborate with parents, staff, and support teams as needed

שימוש יעיל בכלים ופלטפורמות דיגיטליות להעצמת הלמידה

מעקב אחר התקדמות התלמידים ומתן משוב שוטף

שיתוף פעולה עם הורים, צוותים חינוכיים וגורמי תמיכה
