Overview

Mesila, a non-profit organization providing financial coaching and education in the Haredi sector, seeks a part-time Marketing Coordinator to work onsite in our Jerusalem office. This is an ideal role for someone who understands the English-speaking frum community and is excited to help bring Mesila to a wider audience.

ROLE OVERVIEW
To coordinate and implement Mesila’s English-language marketing and communications initiatives, with a focus on increasing Mesila’s visibility, engagement, and activity in Israel and the USA.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is responsible for coordinating and implementing Mesila’s English-language marketing, communications, and other administrative activities, including:

Building awareness of Mesila within English-speaking communities in Israel and abroad
Promoting and supporting Mesila’s courses, coaching services, workshops, and educational programs
Coordinating print advertising, digital newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels
Identifying, coordinating, and promoting opportunities for Mesila workshops, webinars, and community presentations
Providing general administrative support for Mesila’s English-language activities

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Positive, can-do attitude
Self-starter who can take initiative and move projects forward
Strong understanding of the English-speaking Charedi community in Israel and the USA
Excellent communication and writing skills
Experience working with print and digital advertising
Graphic design experience a plus
Eligible to work legally in Israel
Native-level English speaker – fluent Hebrew a plus
HQ office based in Jerusalem
