Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, native-level English speaking Junior Marketing Specialist who is a fast
learner and eager to get involved in all aspects of marketing, reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Day-to-day, some of the things you’ll be working on:
> Organizing field marketing efforts – from logistics to creative.
> Researching, planning and writing high-level content pieces that bring value to our audience
> Copywriting for new web pages, ads, brochures, pitch decks, presentations
> Designing in Canva for social media, presentations and marketing assets.
> Ideating and scripting videos; planning the shoots; editing videos in VideoLeap / similar
> Repurposing and distributing content across channels
> Researching suppliers, collecting quotations and recommending who to choose
> Enriching ABM account information with OSINT style research
> Supporting Sales with development of new assets and campaigns to nurture and convert existing
leads
> Creating weekly/monthly reports on activities and metrics
> Coordinating various marketing suppliers
> Learning and expanding your skills, through podcasts, articles, books and other resources.
**Skills We’re Looking For – Must Haves**
– Extremely well organized. Can you manage your own time, ruthlessly prioritize and make sure no
detail is overlooked?
– Communication, communication and communication. Can you get a message across clearly? Can
you put yourself in the reader/viewer/listener’s shoes? Can you organize your information to start
with what the prospect cares about most? Can you excite with a good story?
– Native-level English & strong copywriting. You’ll get lots of support and feedback, but you should
already have a strong basis in creative English writing.
– Eye for design – this isn’t a graphic design role, but you’ll be spending a few hours a day in Canva. An
understanding of how to structure and present information neatly is important.
– Fast learning. You’ve probably never heard of a WMS, 3PL or Freight Forwarder before. Can you learn
all about a new industry, fast, on your own? We also have lots of tech platforms – Notion, Canva,
HubSpot, Supabase, Microsoft, Calendly, LinkedIn, Monday.com and more – you need to able to learn
them fast.
– AI – you don’t have to be an expert yet, but put time and effort into getting the most out of the
platforms safely.
– Pride in your work. If you like to be proud of your work, we know you’re not going to be publishing
anything substandard
– Conversational Hebrew.
**Advantages**
– Previous creative work or project management work. This doesn’t have to be formal workplace
experience, it could be IDF Service, National Service, volunteering, youth movements, student groups
or something else.
– Proficient Spanish
– Previous experience / projects with AI Coding, Web Design and/or Database Management
– Knowledge in building automations and workflows
