This is an NBN Connect post on behalf of another organization.

Duties Include:

  • Contact prospective clients (in a B2C warm-lead structure) by phone and email
  • Use service knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
  • Use CRM to track progress with client prospects
  • Display professionalism and sensitivity regarding financially related matters
  • Meet monthly KPIs and sales objectives

We are an international group specializing in financial dispute consultation and cryptocurrency investigation services. We maintain a fast-paced, professional, and friendly office.

Requirements:

  • Native-level English or native-level European language speaker (with fluent English).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Previous working experience as a client phone sales agent (strongly preferred).
  • Computer literacy and tech savviness.
  • Capacity to learn quickly and independently.
  • High energy, persistence, and perseverance.
  • Good time management and organization.
  • Ability to maintain a high-paced office-based position.

Full or part-time (no less than 30 hours a week).
