This is an NBN Connect post on behalf of another organization.
The Mission: qualify, prioritize, and convert inbound marketing leads into booked meetings. You will manage the flow of demand generated by organic and paid marketing investments, ensuring high-quality opportunities are tracked and handed off to Sales.
What You’ll Do
- Rapid Technical Ramp-Up: You must learn fast. You will be expected to quickly grasp our product and domain to a level where you can confidently discuss value with industry pros.
- Lead Qualification & Scoring: Act as the gatekeeper. You will rigorously qualify inbound leads against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and prioritize them based on engagement and technical fit.
- Book Meetings: Manage a high volume of inbound interest. You will be on the phone heavily, using a consultative and value-oriented approach to turn raw leads into scheduled sales opportunities.
- Meticulous Tracking and Feedback Loop: In a startup, data is our lifeline. You will manage the entire lead lifecycle in Salesforce and Salesloft, including lead nurturing email campaigns and multi-channel cadences. Provide real-time feedback on lead quality.

Sales Calling Experience / Bachelor’s Degree – a big advantage!
Schedule: Monday-Friday work week, evening hours twice a week, 3 days in-office
