Overview
We’re currently hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to support one of our clients in the nursing home space. This role focuses primarily on sourcing, networking, and building relationships with nurses to help connect them with opportunities in long-term care facilities.
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build trust and maintain relationships with candidates.
What you’ll be doing:
Sourcing and identifying nurses for open roles in nursing homes
Networking with potential candidates through outreach, referrals, and professional platforms
Speaking with candidates to understand their background, availability, and interests
Presenting relevant opportunities and guiding candidates through the hiring process
Maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the process
Tracking candidate activity and progress in client systems
Collaborating closely with the client team to ensure hiring needs are met
What we’re looking for:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build relationships and engage candidates effectively
Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates at once
Comfortable with outreach, sourcing, and networking in a high-volume environment
Professional, proactive, and resourceful
Nice to have:
Experience in healthcare recruiting
Familiarity with nursing home staffing
Experience using systems such as Apploi and/or Rippling
