Gap Year Program Counselor – International Youth Program

We are seeking a counselor to work with international youth in a meaningful and engaging Gap Year program.

This role combines planning and organizing activities and events, along with providing personal support and guidance to meet the needs of international participants throughout the program.

Job Description:
Assist in developing content and organizing social and educational activities
Accompany participants on trips, events, and program activities
Provide personal support and respond to participants’ questions, concerns, and needs throughout the program
Help create a warm, inclusive, and positive group atmosphere
Work collaboratively with internal and external partners

Requirements:
Experience working with youth and/or youth movements – an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Empathy and strong listening skills
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
High-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
Preference will be given to students living in university dormitories
