Job Description: 

The Gush Etzion Foundation is seeking a passionate Fundraiser to connect donors with Gush Etzion. In this role, you will cultivate meaningful relationships and drive support for the people, projects, and communities that strengthen life today and ensure a thriving, vibrant future for generations to come in Gush Etzion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with donors and philanthropic partners
• Identify, engage, and develop new donor relationships
• Prepare fundraising proposals, grant applications, and donor communications.
• Track donor engagement and fundraising outcomes

Job Requirements: 

• Promote growth and development of Gush Etzion
• 2+ years of experience in fundraising/donor relations
• Proven ability to build and maintain meaningful donor relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and proactive
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
