### YOUR ROLE
You’ll be the friendly face of our clinic and an essential part of our patients’ experience.

**Your responsibilities will include:**
– Greeting patients warmly and making them feel at home.
– Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
– Answering phones, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries.
– Handling payments and basic administrative tasks.
– Helping our doctors keep the office running smoothly.
– Building positive relationships with patients and encouraging a welcoming, supportive atmosphere.
– Making sure every patient receives excellent service from the moment they walk through our doors.

### WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– A naturally friendly, outgoing person who genuinely enjoys helping others.
– Someone organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking.
– Excellent communication and people skills.
– Fluent or highly proficient in **both Hebrew and English**.
– Comfortable using computers, WhatsApp, and scheduling systems.
– A positive attitude, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a team.

**Previous medical office experience is a plus, but not required.** We’re happy to train the right person!
