Foundations & Donor Relations Coordinator
Full-time (100%) | Gush Etzion, Alon Shvut

Herzog College is one of Israel’s leading institutions for teacher education and the development of educational leadership. The College operates in Israel and internationally to promote quality education and a values-based Jewish identity.

We are seeking a Foundations & Donor Relations Coordinator with a strong marketing orientation, excellent writing skills, and outstanding interpersonal abilities to strengthen relationships with donors and foundations in Israel and abroad, and to advance the College’s development and impact efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with donors and foundations, including ongoing engagement, calls, and updates.
  • Write grant proposals, reports, and activity updates.
  • Develop marketing and professional materials and content, including managing social media content.
  • Identify potential donors and partners in Israel and the Jewish Diaspora.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including public and government bodies.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in fundraising/resource development – required.
  • Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, including professional writing and drafting – required.
  • Full proficiency in computer applications, with emphasis on Excel, AI tools, and Canva.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media content management, including leading campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently, excellent organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese.
