We’re seeking a hands-on Finance Controller with a strong analytical mindset to join our team.
This is a hybrid role combining controllership, FP&A, financial modeling, and banking/financing exposure — ideal for someone who loves both accuracy and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own key controllership processes: AP/AR, reconciliations, controls, and monthly close.
- Build clear financial reports and dashboards for management.
- Develop financial models (forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning).
- Support strategic decision-making with deep financial insights.
- Work directly with banks and financing partners: credit lines, guarantees, terms, and fees.
- Analyze cash flow, profitability, and financing structures.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in controllership / FP&A / financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of finance, cash flow, and banking concepts.
- Advanced Excel skills + strong modeling ability.
- A “can-do” attitude: proactive, sharp, detail-oriented, and independent.
- Great communication skills in English.
- Experience working with banks/credit facilities/financing negotiations.
- Experience with ERP systems (Priority).
- CPA certification (nice to have, not required).
