Anthony’s Pizza, a busy artisan kosher dairy pizzeria in central Jerusalem, is looking for an experienced and energetic Hospitality Manager / Lead Server to join our team.

This is a leadership role focused on creating exceptional guest experiences, managing front-of-house operations, and helping grow a fast-paced and customer-focused restaurant.

The role includes leading evening service, supervising staff, ensuring high hospitality standards, training team members, and working closely with ownership on events, promotions, and business growth.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality (management or senior service role)
• Fluent English required (Hebrew is a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Outgoing, professional, and team-oriented personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and organized
