Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant at Silvermetz Real Estate. The Executive Assistant will manage daily administrative operations, support executive management, and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth workflows. Responsibilities will include managing expense reports, scheduling meetings, overseeing correspondence, organizing files, and providing critical executive assistance to facilitate the team’s success. The role will require occasional in-person meetings in Rehovot.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and providing comprehensive Executive Support
- Experience in managing Expense Reports and performing general Administrative Assistance tasks
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in office software and tools, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Prior experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Native-level spoken and written English
