Responsibilities:
– Assist with program scheduling and coordination
– Maintain and organize program records and data
– Support communication with team members and participants
– Help with general administrative and logistical tasks
– Use digital tools and systems to track program activity

Requirements:

– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
– Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
– Prior administrative experience is a plus, but not required
