The Hebrew University Secondary School (LEYADA), located on the Givat Ram campus in Jerusalem, is seeking high-caliber English Teachers for our Junior High and High School for the 2026-2027 school year.

We need educators capable of navigating a diverse pedagogical landscape. Candidates should possess:
• The ability to teach various class levels, ranging from struggling learners, heterogeneous classrooms, and gifted students.
• A deep-seated love for the written word and the ability to bring literary texts to life.
• A knack for designing engaging, creative lesson plans that go beyond the textbook.
• Classroom experience and a drive to contribute to one of Israel’s leading educational institutions.

Key Qualifications
• Relevant academic degree in English Literature/Linguistics (MA preferred).
• Teaching Certification (Te’udat Hora’ah).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Experience with the Israeli Ministry of Education curriculum and Bagrut modules is an advantage
