About the Role

The Nefesh B’Nefesh FIDF’s Lone Soldiers Program supports international Lone Soldiers from around the world throughout every stage of their journey — from pre-draft through active service and beyond.

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Lone Soldiers Engagement Advisor to join our engagement team. This role serves as a primary point of contact for Lone Soldiers and draftees, ensuring timely communication, empathetic support, and efficient coordination of inquiries and follow-up.

This is a critical front-facing position that helps maintain the high level of responsiveness and care that defines our program.

Responsibilities: 

Hotline Operations (6563)

  • Answer incoming calls to the 6563 hotline during operating hours.
  • Provide accurate, empathetic, and efficient assistance to Lone Soldiers with questions or concerns.
  • Triage inquiries and escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate advisor team when needed.

Email & Communication Management

  • Monitor the Lone Soldiers inbox throughout office hours.
  • Respond directly to inquiries when appropriate.
  • Forward or flag messages requiring advisor input or follow-up.
  • Make proactive outreach phone calls as needed.

CRM & Documentation

  • Log all relevant interactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of communications and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

  • High-level Hebrew speaker required (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Previous experience as a Lone Soldier – a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a customer-facing, support, or service-oriented role preferred.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Passion for supporting Lone Soldiers and sensitivity to the unique challenges they face
