Are you a strategic leader who thrives on turning complex challenges into streamlined successes? We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to join our leadership team in our Kfar Etzion office.

In this role, you will be the engine behind our daily productivity. You’ll oversee cross-departmental workflows, optimize our internal processes, and ensure that our mission is executed with precision. We need someone who is as comfortable with high-level scaling strategies as they are with the “boots on the ground” details of office management and team logistics.

 

Key Responsibilities
– Operational Strategy: Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to drive efficiency.

– Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale our local team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

– Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our current workflows and implement tech-driven solutions to solve them.

– Budget & Resource Management:

– Oversee departmental budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet company KPIs.

– Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between various departments to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

 

What We’re Looking For

– Experience : 7+ years in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

– Local Presence: Ability to work full-time from our Kfar Etzion office.

– Mindset : A “get-it-done” attitude combined with emotional intelligence to lead a diverse team.

– Skills : Strong analytical skills, proficiency in project management software, and excellent Hebrew/English communication skills.

– Adaptability : Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
