United Hatzalah is looking for a creative, fast-moving Digital Content Videographer/Editor to join our Media Team. This role is designed for a storyteller who understands the pulse of digital media and can capture the intensity and heart of our emergency response in real-time.

Responsibilities:
Social-First Production: Concept, shoot, and edit short-form vertical content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) to increase global engagement.
Campaign Storytelling: Capture and craft compelling narratives for seasonal fundraising campaigns and emergency appeals.
Digital Content Pipeline: Maintain a steady flow of high-energy digital assets that showcase daily life-saving activities.
Event Coverage: Document live events and evening galas to provide immediate social media updates.
Brand Growth: Assist in developing a visual style that resonates with a younger, tech-savvy donor demographic.

Qualifications:

Language: Fluent English speaker with working-level Hebrew skills.
Technical Skills: Professional proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge of After Effects, AI tools is a significant advantage.
Operational Readiness: Valid driver’s license and the ability to work flexible hours, including evening events and night shifts as needed.
Professionalism: Detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines under pressure, and a collaborative team player.
Experience: 1+ year of experience in Videography and Video editing
