Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and tech-savvy Data & Research Analyst who is a native Spanish speaker to join our international intelligence team. In this role, you will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across strategic perception and research projects—leveraging open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools and state-of-the-art generative AI systems to analyze complex datasets, monitor international developments, and deliver actionable, client-ready reports.

Key Responsibilities:

– Data Synthesis & Reporting: Compile complex research findings into concise, high-impact, and actionable reports for internal teams and executive clients.

– AI & Advanced Prompting: Leverage generative AI platforms alongside high-level prompt engineering techniques to streamline research pipelines, analyze data, and optimize workflow efficiency.

– Strategic Presentation Materials: Prepare briefing decks, pitch materials, and visual presentations tailored to high-stakes decision-makers.

– Ecosystem & Sentiment Analysis: Utilize media monitoring and OSINT tools to track digital footprints, identify narrative shifts, and monitor geopolitical dynamics in target regions.

Qualifications

– Language Proficiency: Native-level Spanish speaker (written and spoken) – Must. High professional fluency in English (written and spoken) – Must (Native-level English is an advantage).

– Travel Flexibility: High availability and willingness for international travel on short notice – Must.

– OSINT Capabilities: Proven, hands-on experience with OSINT tools, digital research, or media analysis methodologies – Must.

– AI Tool Integration: Strong affinity for AI technologies with advanced, high-level prompt engineering capabilities – Must.

– Geopolitical & Regional Focus: Strong background or interest in geopolitical affairs. Specialized knowledge or experience in African countries and markets – Major Advantage.

– Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, intelligence research, digital marketing, or strategic communications.

– Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with exceptional analytical and multitasking capabilities.
