We are currently looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our international team of passionate professionals. This is an opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven business while building scalable processes and making a real impact.

We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent who truly cares about people — someone who can combine empathy, communication, and problem-solving to create an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be the voice of Lev Haolam, helping customers with their subscriptions, orders, and questions — and ensuring they always feel heard, appreciated, and connected.

Schedule: Preferably evening/night — Israel time (GMT+2), day schedule is also available
Format: Fully remote
Payment: In ILS or USD
Employment: Labor contract or service agreement

What You’ll Do:

Communicate with customers via email (30%) and phone (70%).
Collaborate with Logistics, Marketing, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
Manage accounts, billing, and shipping through Zoho CRM and ERP systems.
Moderate and engage with customers on social media platforms.

 

We’d Love to See You Have:

Excellent communication skills in English (C1+).
Basic Hebrew (A1–A2) — an advantage, not a must.
Genuine empathy and a “people-first” approach.
Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
Experience in customer support, social impact, or non-profit fields.
A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to grow with us.
