Overview

Argyle Consulting Group is a research and web intelligence firm. We investigate inauthentic activity, coordinated disinformation, and hostile influence campaigns across social media. We turn that work into threat assessments, policy papers, and content geared for a wide variety of target audiences.

We’re hiring a person who can function efficiently in multiple areas of our work. We want people who can think big, fail fast, and keep moving forward.

What the role looks like day to day:

The honest answer is that it changes.

One day you’ll be investigating a coordinated influence campaign. The next you’ll be turning those findings into content that reaches thousands of people. Later that afternoon you might be experimenting with AI to automate part of a workflow or build a new research tool.

This is not a research-only role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys moving between investigations, content creation, social media strategy, communications, and AI-driven projects. Variety isn’t the exception here – it’s the job.

More specifically, you’ll:

  • Research disinformation campaigns, influence operations, and online threat actors.
  • Write reports, articles, social content, and other materials for a wide range of audiences.
  • Help manage and grow our social media presence, with a strong understanding of what drives engagement.
  • Use AI as part of your daily workflow to research faster, create better content, automate repetitive work, and experiment with new ideas.
  • Jump into whatever the team’s highest priority is that day and run with it independently.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency with AI tools. Everything else on this list has some flexibility. This one doesn’t.
  • Hands-on experience with social media and digital content. You understand how platforms work, what drives engagement, and how content reaches the right audience. Experience with marketing, communications, SEO, or audience growth is a strong advantage.
  • Strong research and investigative skills, with an eye for the small but significant details that can change an entire intelligence picture.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills. You know how to turn complex research into clear, engaging content for different audiences.
  • A solid understanding of how radical threat actors operate online, particularly those targeting Israel and Jewish communities worldwide.
  • The ability to work fast and independently. You can figure things out without much hand-holding.
  • High motivation. You want the work to actually feel like it matters.
  • Versatility. You can move between research, content creation, social media, and AI-driven projects within the same week – sometimes the same day – and that feels exciting rather than draining.

Logistics

  • Full-time position
  • Hybrid work model – several days in the office and several at home.
