Overview
Fogel CFO & Management Services, a fractional Finance Department firm, is looking to hire a client manager to cover the needs of our growing list of clients. If you have finance experience, are organized, responsible, have incredible attention to detail, and have an easy but professional way with people, we would love to have you join our team.
We offer ongoing or per-project assistance in everything money-related, big and small, so leaders can understand and unburden themselves of their financial to-do list.
Responsibilities:
– Assist clients and internal bookkeeping team in navigating Israeli bureaucracy.
– Prepare cash flow and income/expense reports.
– Communication with clients, as well as with their employees and vendors.
– Quality control of expense invoices and requests for payment.
– Initiate growth and system development.
– Assist with workflow and operational tasks.
– HR assistance and onboarding of clients’ employees.

Qualifications:
– At least 3 years in a position with financial responsibilities.
– Experience with pivot tables – Strong Advantage
– Experience with financial management – Strong Advantage
– Experience with Israeli bookkeeping – Advantage
– Experience with collection software – Advantage
– Ability to operate under pressure and communicate calmly, even when the stakes are high.
– Mother-tongue level of written/spoken English and high-level of Hebrew.
– Flexible in learning new tools and adapting to different work environments.
