Overview

A New York consumer litigation law firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Intake & Litigation Assistant to support its growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong interpersonal skills with legal administrative capability and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and conduct client intake, including initial screenings and information gathering
  • Communicate with prospective and existing clients via phone and email
  • Draft professional correspondence and client letters in impeccable English
  • Assist attorneys with legal research related to consumer litigation matters
  • Organize and maintain digital case files and documentation
  • Track intake progress and follow up with leads and clients
  • Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Legally eligible to be employed in the United States (required)
  • Exceptional written English, with the ability to draft polished professional letters
  • Experience or comfort with legal research
  • Strong technical proficiency, including Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities independently
  • People-oriented, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with clients
  • Quick study with strong perceptiveness and judgment

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Prior experience in a law firm or legal intake role
  • Familiarity with U.S. consumer litigation terminology and processes

This is a remote position from Israel U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
