Krovim is seeking a bilingual **Case Manager** to walk closely with families living with chronic illness and disability.

This is not a technical role.
This is a human one.

You will build real, long-term relationships with families facing chronic illness and physical disability and help ensure they feel supported and seen.

You’ll be responsible for:
Supporting families through intake and ongoing follow-up
Home visits and consistent personal contact
Helping plan and run group support initiatives
Working closely with our psychosocial leadership

We’re looking for someone who:
Communicates clearly and warmly
Has strong follow-through and emotional maturity
Works well within a structured framework
Speaks Hebrew fluently
