Overview
We are looking for a highly driven, sales-oriented Business Development professional to actively grow our Property Management portfolio across Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Modiin, and the coastal area.
This is a hands-on sales role focused on prospecting, outreach, closing deals, and building strong partnerships with property owners and real estate professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively generate, pursue, and close property management leads
• Lead sales conversations from first contact to signed agreement
• Build and expand strategic partnerships
• Identify new opportunities to grow the portfolio and market presence
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Requirements:
• Native-level English (spoken and written)
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and travel locally as needed
