Overview

This is an NBN Connect post on behalf of another organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outbound initiatives using AI tools, including Claude Code and automation workflows with LLM APIs.
  • Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Outreach to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective outreach and follow-up strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Outbound BDR
  • Familiar with AI tools such as Claude Code or automation workflows built with LLM APIs to create and run an AI outbound initiative
  • Familiar with tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Outreach
  • Strong desire for career growth and professional development
  • Hungry, motivated, self-sufficient
  • Fluent in English
  • Work Monday to Friday (Friday- local hours, from home)
  • Work evenings as well
