Job Description:
We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to join NextStep Recruiting in a base + commission, high-impact, hybrid role.
This position focuses on building and managing relationships with employers in the U.S. market and supporting long-term partnerships. The role is relationship-driven and combines independent work with collaboration.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid — remote with one in-office day per week in Beit Shemesh
Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential employer partners
Introduce our services and maintain ongoing communication
Build strong, long-term relationships and serve as a consistent point of contact
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of cold-calling experience
Native English level speaker
Experience working within the Jewish community in the U.S.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
