We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual to take on the role of Business Development Assistant. This comprehensive role requires a versatile professional with exceptional agility, flexibility, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be proficient in handling a wide range of tasks and projects while maintaining a high level of organization and communication. This role goes beyond traditional assistant responsibilities and encompasses managing diverse projects and keeping the executive informed and on track.

Candidate must have one to two years of sales or business development experience.

This role is 10-20 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Networking, LinkedIn outreach, and client relationship management.
  • Website and digital marketing campaign.
  • Fill a sales pipeline.
  • Maintain awareness of ongoing projects and deadlines, providing timely reminders to the executive to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
