Overview

We are seeking a responsible, organized, and personable Birthright Israel Interviewer to conduct virtual interviews with applicants interested in joining a Birthright Israel trip. You will play a key role in screening candidates, ensuring eligibility, and representing our organization with professionalism and warmth.
This is a remote position with structured expectations and clear performance metrics. Immediate Start!
Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual interviews with Birthright applicants (primarily US-based participants)

Complete approximately 12 interviews per shift
Work a minimum of 4 hours per evening
Accurately document interview outcomes and notes in our system
Assess applicant eligibility according to Birthright Israel guidelines
Maintain clear and professional communication with applicants

Requirements:

– Tech-savvy and comfortable using basic office and online tools
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
– Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
– Available for consistent evening hours (US time zones)
– Fluent English Speaker
