Nitzavim is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Assistant Director to oversee day-to-day operations and help empower gap-year students as they prepare for leadership roles on college campuses.
About the Role:
📍 Location: Jerusalem office
🤝 Community Focus: Work with students, alumni, and educators from the Modern Orthodox community and broader Jewish world.
đź§ Â Preferred Experience: 2+ years in corporate or nonprofit roles (degree in business, marketing, nonprofit management, or a related field preferred).
🚀 Skills: Strong operations, logistics, and project management abilities.
🔥 Qualities: Self-starter, excellent communicator, highly organized, and passionate about student leadership and community building.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage the annual fellowship cycle, logistics, classes, and events.
• Coordinate retreats, Shabbatonim, and launch events.
• Build meaningful relationships with fellows, alumni, parents, and partner organizations.
• Support program growth and operational excellence.
