Position Overview:

The Admissions & Internship Coordinator plays a dual role at Sachlav, combining personalized sales with hands-on internship placement. The Admissions & Internship Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and guiding participants through the admissions process for TII, Onward, and other Masa programs, while also securing meaningful internship placements that match their professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions & Recruitment (Sales-Oriented Tasks):

Conduct outreach to prospective participants and respond to inquiries.

Present Sachlav’s internship programs, addressing participant questions and concerns.

Guide candidates through the registration process and help them complete required forms and documents.

Use CRM tools (ClickUp, Salesforce) to track leads and conversions, maintaining accurate records.

Work toward monthly recruitment targets

Internship Placement (Internship Coordination Tasks):

Review CVs and match participants with internships based on interests and qualifications.

Network with Israeli companies and organizations to coordinate placements.

Maintain the database of host organizations and available positions and update CRM with participants’ placement progress

Conduct site visits during the program and troubleshoot any issues that come up

Pre-Arrival & Program Support:

Provide ongoing communication with participants up to their arrival in Israel.

Serve as a liaison between participants, host companies, and the Sachlav Field Team if necessary.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Education teams to ensure participant success.

Provide placement insights and participant feedback to improve program outcomes.

Coordinate with other Admissions & Internship Coordinators to ensure success on a team level

Qualifications:

Native-level English required; additional languages are a plus.

Sales experience and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with Masa, Onward, or international internship programs preferred.

Experience using CRM tools (ClickUp, Salesforce, etc.) a plus
