Midreshet B’erot Bat AyinHolistic Torah for Women on the Land – is looking for a bright, capable, and highly organized new staff member to help with the day-to-day administration and coordination of our unique women’s Torah learning environment.
This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who would like to grow professionally while contributing to the growth of the Midrasha. The position offers hands-on training and mentorship from the Director, with the opportunity to learn many aspects of running a Torah educational nonprofit while gradually taking on greater responsibility according to ability and experience.
We are looking for a new team member who combines warmth and good communication with strong organizational and technological abilities – a person who enjoys creating order, learning new tools, taking initiative, and finding smarter and more efficient ways to get things done.

The position includes:
Assisting the Director with the ongoing administration and coordination of the Midrasha
Helping coordinate student programs, registration, applications, and follow-up
Maintaining and improving our database, spreadsheets, files, and administrative records
Learning and working with Salesforce and other digital platforms
Helping streamline and automate repetitive administrative tasks
Creating effective methods for tracking inquiries, applications, payments, reminders, and follow-up
Assisting with communication with prospective and current students
Helping coordinate between the Director, staff, teachers, students, and outside professionals
Following up on tasks and making sure important details do not fall through the cracks
Assisting with website updates, online forms, mailing lists, and other digital tools
Gradually taking on additional areas of responsibility according to strengths, interests, and experience
For someone seeking meaningful work rather than simply another office position, this is an opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in nonprofit administration, educational programming, technology, outreach, and organizational management while working closely with the Director of an established Torah institution.
The position can develop gradually as the successful candidate learns the Midrasha and demonstrates their particular strengths.
Location: Bat Ayin, Gush Etzion – some remote work may be possible.
Hours: Part-time, with the possibility of expanding toward full-time according to mutual suitability and the needs of the Midrasha.
Simple housing in Bat Ayin may be available.

 

We are looking for someone who:

Enjoys supporting people and contributing behind the scenes to a meaningful mission
Learns quickly and is comfortable learning new technology
Has strong computer skills and is comfortable with spreadsheets and online platforms
Is interested in learning how technology and automation can make administrative work more efficient
Has excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through
Is receptive to guidance and enjoys learning while working
Can work independently while communicating and collaborating well
Is resourceful, flexible, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
Has strong written communication skills
Must be comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing in both English and Hebrew
Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, WordPress, AI tools, databases, or administrative automation is an advantage, but initiative, aptitude, and willingness to learn are equally important.
