Overview

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant proficient in English and Hebrew. The ideal candidate will thrive in our fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility, and the ability to adapt to various tasks and challenges.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive support to the executive director, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Consolidation of the organization’s expenses and income and submission to the accounting department (managing an Excel spreadsheet of expenses and income).
• Perform data entry and manage database systems with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in conducting research, preparing reports, presentations, and other work as needed in both English and Hebrew.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, requiring professional communication in both English and Hebrew.
• Contribute to a positive environment by sharing knowledge, offering support, and maintaining strong team collaboration.

 

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both English and Hebrew – oral and written
• Experience in administrative roles, data entry, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in a non-profit and/or startup environment is highly valued
• Ability to work with Microsoft office, Google drive, Canva, and appetite to learn new tools
