Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and analytical support to billing and operations teams
• Review data for consistency, accuracy, and completeness
• Assist in drafting and editing internal documentation, reports, and communications
• Track and resolve discrepancies in documentation or workflows
• Organize and maintain files, logs, and other records with meticulous attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects stay on track and are error-free
• Participate in process improvement efforts and suggest system enhancements

Required Qualifications:
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail; takes pride in producing error-free work
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently

• Paralegal experience
