Position Overview:
We’re looking for a perfectionist who enjoys structure, thrives on accuracy, and can spot and correct even the smallest inconsistencies. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, precise, and highly reliable. This role involves reviewing and organizing data, writing and editing documentation, tracking issues, and supporting operational workflows in a dynamic, healthcare-related setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and analytical support to billing and operations teams
- Review data for consistency, accuracy, and completeness
- Assist in drafting and editing internal documentation, reports, and communications
- Track and resolve discrepancies in documentation or workflows
- Organize and maintain files, logs, and other records with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects stay on track and are error-free
- Participate in process improvement efforts and suggest system enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail; takes pride in producing error-free work
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
- A reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
- U.S. bank account for payroll purposes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, billing, or compliance environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe, or similar workflow tools
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance standards
- Prior experience working remotely in a fast-paced setting
