Netzer Ariel is a nonprofit organization and Torah-based community initiative in the city of Ariel, Israel.

Our organization promotes Jewish identity, education, student programs, community development, social welfare, and charitable initiatives, connecting people to Jewish values, the Land of Israel, and one another.

We are looking for a motivated, well-connected, native English-speaking fundraising professional to help us expand our international donor network and develop long-term philanthropic partnerships.

Our Two Main Fundraising Priorities

1. Community Programs & Social Impact

Supporting our ongoing educational, social, charitable, and community-building programs, including student engagement, Jewish identity initiatives, family assistance, and community development.

2. Building Our New Synagogue & Community Center

Our flagship project is the construction of a major synagogue and community complex in Ariel, designed to become a lasting center for prayer, Torah learning, Jewish life, and community activities for generations to come.

Who We’re Looking For

Native-level English speaker with a strong understanding of American Jewish culture and philanthropy.

Experience in fundraising, donor relations, business development, or nonprofit partnerships.

Ability to identify potential donors, establish relationships, and secure financial support.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.

Existing connections within Jewish communities, foundations, or philanthropic networks are a significant advantage.

Willingness to participate in fundraising trips abroad.
