Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and tech-savvy Analyst to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across various intelligence and perception management projects. In this role, you will leverage advanced open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools and state-of-the-art generative AI systems to gather, analyze, and synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable, client-ready reports and executive presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities
* Data Synthesis & Reporting: Manipulate diverse datasets and compile complex research findings into concise, high-impact, and actionable reports for client and internal usage.
* AI & Prompt Engineering: Apply advanced AI platforms and expert prompt engineering to streamline research workflows, extract deeper analytical insights, and automate report generation.
* Strategic Presentation Materials: Prepare comprehensive pitch decks, briefing books, and visual presentation materials tailored to strategic decision-makers.
Operational Strategy: Work collaboratively across team members to refine internal analytical methodologies and improve overall research operations.

Job Requirements

* OSINT Proficiency: Strong hands-on familiarity with OSINT tools, digital investigation methods, and open-source data collection techniques – Must.
* AI Capabilities: Proven, hands-on experience working with advanced generative AI systems, alongside high-level prompt engineering skills to drive research and analytical tasks.
* Geopolitical Focus: Strong affinity, background, or analytical approach to geopolitical developments, global affairs, and international dynamics.
* Regional Specialization: Deep familiarity or specialized knowledge regarding African nations and regional dynamics – Major Advantage.
* Language Skills: High-level professional English fluency (written and spoken) – Must
* Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in research, data analysis, intelligence, or a related field.
* Core Tools & Communication: Excellent written/verbal communication skills, combined with full command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
