Overview
A public company in Herzliya is seeking an Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join its headquarters in Herzliya.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the office, providing executive support to the company’s management team, and delivering administrative assistance to the Finance Department, within a professional, high-quality, and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
Manage executives’ calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange business travel.
Organize and coordinate management meetings, committee meetings, and Board of Directors meetings.
Liaise with vendors and service providers, including office supplies, deliveries, cleaning services, and refreshments.
Manage ongoing relationships with vendors and service providers, including monitoring service quality, pricing, and compliance with agreed service levels.
Oversee employee welfare initiatives and company events.
Scan, file, and maintain company documents.
Provide administrative support to the Finance Department, including processing invoices, coordinating with vendors, and handling ongoing operational tasks.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, legal counsel, auditors, and other service providers.
Requirements:
Min 2 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Experience in administrative roles involving vendor management and invoice processing.
Strong customer service orientation, sense of responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and integrity.
Fluent in Hebrew.
Good command of English.
Advantages:
