Overview

Ohr La Nefesh is an NPO that supports people with long-term mental health issues to live independently in the community.
As a Case Manager, you will meet your clients on a weekly basis and together build a rehabilitation plan. You will work together with a home care worker. You will receive regular supervision and be part of a dynamic team.

Requirements 

A degree in Social Work, OT, Nursing, or a relevant academic qualification.
You need a level of Ivrit that will enable you to speak to the clients and participate in team meetings.
